- 3 green onions (chopped)

- 4 cups chicken/beef/vegetable broth
- 12 oz frozen wontons (chicken cilantro mini wontons)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup neutral oil (peanut, avocado, vegetable)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Make the chili oil by combining chili flakes, sesame seeds, minced garlic, minced ginger, sugar, and salt in a heat-safe bowl. Heat neutral oil until hot and pour over the mixture; stir to infuse.
- In a large pot, melt coconut oil and sauté the white parts of green onions along with garlic and ginger until fragrant.
