  • 2-3 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking the chicken.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with panko.
  4. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown, or bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing chicken on buns and drizzling with sauce. Add optional toppings.
