  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; fold in spiced apple chunks.
  6. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
