  3. In another bowl, combine the egg, sugar, melted butter, sour cream, milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Carefully add in strawberries and chocolate chips.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool in the tin for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
