- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1 cup very ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together sugar, sour cream, butter, and egg until creamy. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture; gently combine until just mixed.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown; allow to cool slightly.
- For the icing: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt remaining butter until browned; pour into a heat-proof bowl and whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread icing over warm bars after cooling for about 10–15 minutes.
