  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (dark or sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Flaky salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  2. Spread peanut butter on half of the banana slices and top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
  3. Freeze the assembled sandwiches for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each sandwich into melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
  6. Freeze again for another 30 minutes until chocolate is set.
