  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • Club soda for topping
  • Ice cubes for serving


Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by washing it thoroughly. Slice strawberries into quarters while leaving other berries whole.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the apple cider vinegar and apple juice.
  3. Add honey or simple syrup along with the fresh lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Incorporate all prepared fruits into the pitcher, allowing the flavors to blend.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
