  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 5 cups peeled and chopped peaches (about 7 to 8 medium peaches)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve one cup of this mixture for topping.
  4. Press the remaining mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  5. In another bowl, toss chopped peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt until coated. Spread over the crust.
  6. Drizzle cream over the peach filling and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and brown sugar.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown on top; allow cooling before slicing.
