- 5 cups peeled and chopped peaches (about 7 to 8 medium peaches)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve one cup of this mixture for topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, toss chopped peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt until coated. Spread over the crust.
- Drizzle cream over the peach filling and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and brown sugar.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown on top; allow cooling before slicing.
