  • 16g whipping cream stabilizer
  • 8g vanilla sugar
  • 40g granulated sugar
  • Biscoff cookies
  • Biscoff spread
  • Ladyfingers
  • Strawberries (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone, whipping cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix briefly.
  2. Gradually add the heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Cut ladyfingers into thirds and arrange them inside a baking ring lined with plastic wrap.
  4. Layer the bottom with smaller pieces of ladyfingers, followed by piping in the cream mixture, adding Biscoff spread and crushed cookies between layers.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, warm the Biscoff spread until liquid and drizzle over each dessert; garnish with strawberries.
