- 5 oz baby spinach, washed and stems removed
- 1/2 pint blueberries, washed
- 1 medium green apple, thinly sliced or diced
- 1/4 C feta cheese crumbles or alternative
- 2.25 oz slivered almonds
- 1/3 C mayonnaise
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 2 tsp white apple vinegar
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash baby spinach and blueberries thoroughly. Remove stems from the spinach and slice the green apple.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, orange juice, white apple vinegar, poppy seeds, lemon juice, sugar, ground ginger, salt, ground white pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
