Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for chicken
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese for sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Chopped parsley or dried herbs for garnish
- Linguine pasta
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add sliced chicken, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until cooked through (5-7 minutes).
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes until melted and creamy.
- Toss drained linguine into the skillet with the sauce until well coated.
