  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for chicken
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese for sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Chopped parsley or dried herbs for garnish
  • Linguine pasta


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add sliced chicken, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until cooked through (5-7 minutes).
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes until melted and creamy.
  5. Toss drained linguine into the skillet with the sauce until well coated.
