Ingredients
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb thinly sliced steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Cook the cheese tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
