  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for swirl)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for swirl)
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  3. Gradually add flour and baking soda, mixing just until combined. Fold in the mashed bananas gently.

  5. Layer the batter and cinnamon swirl mixture in the loaf pan, creating swirls with a knife as you go.
