  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cooked and chopped crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, crabmeat, green onion, and green chiles. Mix well.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread about 1/4 cup of the filling mixture on one half of each tortilla and fold over.
  4. Brush the outer sides of each folded tortilla with melted butter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned and heated through.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
