- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
