  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Add shredded chicken; mix until heated through.
  4. In the same skillet, melt additional butter, then incorporate heavy cream gently. Stir in provolone and Parmesan until melted.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, adding the chicken mixture until well combined.
