- ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4½ oz Velveeta cheese
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup shredded Provolone cheese
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and 3 tablespoons of butter. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt remaining butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer while scraping browned bits from the pan.
- Add cream cheese and Velveeta, mixing until melted. Gradually stir in mozzarella, cheddar, Provolone, and Parmesan until smooth.
