  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a separate bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken piece in the seasoned flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry chicken in batches for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  9. Toss fried chicken pieces with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
