Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts/thighs
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
Instructions
- Chop onions and mince garlic. Drain the beans.
- In the slow cooker, combine all ingredients except the chicken; stir well.
- Place the chicken on top of the mixture, ensuring it's covered by the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours.
