Description

Everything Pigs in a Blanket with Cream Cheese (Seattle Style) are a delightful twist on a classic favorite. These savory rolls combine juicy mini  beef sausages with creamy cheese and sweet caramelized onions, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough. Enhanced with a honey dijon wash and everything bagel seasoning, these bites are not only irresistible but also perfect for any gathering—whether it’s a game day, party, or casual dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup thinly sliced white onion
  • Olive oil
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crescent rolls
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 24 mini beef sausages
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onions, salt, garlic, and brown sugar for 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and cut each into three triangles.
  4. Cut cream cheese into 24 pieces.
  5. Assemble each roll: flatten the dough, spread cream cheese, add sautéed onions, place one beef sausage at the wide end, and roll tightly.
  6. Place rolled  beef sausages on a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg mixed with dijon mustard and honey; sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  7. Bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown.
