- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 18 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4½ tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ⅜ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- 3. Reduce heat to low; push chicken to one side of the skillet. Add 4 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic on the other side; cook until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella until creamy.
- 5. Toss the drained spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
