  • 18 oz spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4½ tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅜ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella


Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low; push chicken to one side of the skillet. Add 4 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic on the other side; cook until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella until creamy.
  5. 5. Toss the drained spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
