Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak
  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes, optional (for heat)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving some pasta water before draining.
  2. 2. Pat steak cubes dry and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak cubes until browned on all sides.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, then pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to simmer until thickened.
  5. 5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. 6. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce along with the steak bites; combine gently and warm through.
  7. 7. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
