- 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into thick steak tips
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta

- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
