Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
For the Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Topping:
1 cup breadcrumbs
For Garnishing (Optional):
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
For Greasing:
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place the chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
