- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen cup
- Green chilis (sliced)
- Additional green onions (sliced)
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, sliced green onion, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
- Form small meatballs and coat them in cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides (about 3–4 minutes per side). Drain excess fat.
- In the same pan, add vegetable stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hoisin sauce; bring to a simmer. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve noodles topped with meatballs, sliced green chilis, additional green onions, and black sesame seeds.
