  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 stalks green onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen cup
  • Green chilis (sliced)
  • Additional green onions (sliced)
  • Black sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, sliced green onion, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
  2. Form small meatballs and coat them in cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides (about 3–4 minutes per side). Drain excess fat.
  4. In the same pan, add vegetable stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hoisin sauce; bring to a simmer. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Serve noodles topped with meatballs, sliced green chilis, additional green onions, and black sesame seeds.
