- 1 pound flank steak (or strip steak)

- 3 tablespoons red apple vinegar

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 4 large pita bread
- 1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

- 1. Marinate the steak: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the steak and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
