Ingredients

  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash all fruits under cold water and drain any excess moisture.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, adding them to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries before adding them to the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes, then mix them in.
  5. Drain the mandarin oranges and toss them in with the other fruits.
  6. Peel and chop the kiwi before adding it to the bowl.
  7. Peel and slice the bananas, combining them with the rest of the fruit medley.
  8. Squeeze in fresh lime juice for flavor enhancement and mix gently.
