Ingredients

Instructions
- Rinse the radishes thoroughly, slice off the ends, peel them, and cut into even cubes.
- Place the cubed radishes in an airtight glass jar.
- In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves; then cool to room temperature.
- If desired, add garlic and gochugaru to the jar with radishes.
- Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the radishes until fully submerged. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
