  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2½ cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping (for topping)
  • Lemon zest for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. For the crust, mix crushed Lemon Oreos with melted butter until combined. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one cup of whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining two cups of whipped topping evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set. Garnish with lemon zest before serving if desired.
