  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  2. In the same pot, add more butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the bottom. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add tortellini; cook for 4–6 minutes until tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pot, stir in Parmesan until melted, then cook for an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
