- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo pieces (12 Oreos)
- 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs (5 Oreos)
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake filling: Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
- Make the cookie dough: In one bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in Oreo pieces and crumbs.
