  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

Instructions

  3. Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time while mixing. Incorporate the vanilla extract afterward.
  5. Alternate adding the dry ingredients with the sour cream, starting with the dry mix and ending with it. Mix just until everything comes together.
  6. Gently fold in your well-drained crushed pineapple into the batter. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely before glazing.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice to create your glaze. Drizzle it over the cooled cake before serving.
