Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Melt the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 20 seconds until slightly warm.
  3. Add the melted peanut butter to the dry mixture along with maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  4. If the dough is too dry, add more non-dairy milk gradually until desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
