- ⅓ cup canned pumpkin
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- salt (to taste)
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, canned pumpkin, honey, vanilla protein powder, rolled oats, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until smooth using a rubber spatula.
