Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 18 corn tortillas, torn in half
- 1 can (28 oz) green chile enchilada sauce
- 1 package (16 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 container (8 oz) reduced-fat sour cream
- Garlic salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken with garlic salt and bake for 45 minutes until fully cooked.
- Shred cooked chicken and set aside.
