- 4 oz goat cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Hot honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Fill each date with 1-2 teaspoons of room-temperature goat cheese.
