- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
- For Lemon Aioli: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon garlic (minced), Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter. Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp cakes and fry for about 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- For the lemon aioli, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve warm alongside the lemon aioli.
