Instructions

  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in passata or canned tomatoes and chicken stock, followed by tomato puree, smoked paprika, dried rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and add the chicken pieces.
  5. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for about 50 to 60 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender.
