  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, combine avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Place the seasoned thighs skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the sticky glaze.
  5. Baste the chicken with the glaze every few minutes. After 15 minutes, continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
