Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 14.25 oz white cake mix
- 3 oz strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling

- Slice one side of each strawberry flat and set aside; chop the rest and mix with sugar. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the white cake mix according to package directions using egg whites; blend until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish and pour in the batter; bake for about 33 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Dissolve jello mix in boiling water; poke holes in the warm cake and pour the jello over it.
