  • 2 packs (16 oz each) strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 14.25 oz white cake mix
  • 3 oz strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling


Instructions

  1. Slice one side of each strawberry flat and set aside; chop the rest and mix with sugar. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the white cake mix according to package directions using egg whites; blend until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish and pour in the batter; bake for about 33 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Dissolve jello mix in boiling water; poke holes in the warm cake and pour the jello over it.
  5. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least an hour before spreading cheesecake filling on top and arranging strawberries.
