  • 1 1/4 cup milk (2% or whole)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups ripe strawberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and butter an 8-9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Gradually add flour and salt until smooth.
  3. Place halved strawberries in the bottom of the prepared dish and pour the batter over them.
