  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or rosemary)


Instructions
