- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2–3 teaspoons freeze-dried raspberry powder or pink food coloring
- ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- ¾ cup (130 g) dark or white chocolate chips, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- For chocolate dough, sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and optional espresso powder; mix until combined.
- Repeat for pink dough using its respective ingredients.
- Chill both doughs wrapped in plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment-lined baking sheets; press a small well into each.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until set but still soft. Cool completely on wire racks.
- For ganache, pour hot heavy cream over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
