Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the base layer, mix almond flour, oat flour, salt, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until combined. Press into an 8×8 baking dish.
- For the berry layer, cook mixed berries with maple syrup and water on low heat until softened. Add cornstarch and simmer until thickened. Let cool.
- For the crumble topping, combine oat flour, oats, almond flour, salt, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until crumbly.
- Assemble by spreading the berry layer over the base and topping with crumble mixture.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
