  • ½ cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add cubed chicken and diced onion; sauté until chicken is cooked through and onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Combine green chiles, corn, beans, chicken broth, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and chili powder; mix well.
