- 2 ½ oz instant banana pudding mix
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups mashed bananas (about 4 medium)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 3 tbsp instant banana pudding mix
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased and lined loaf pan.
