  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
