- 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
- 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the washed and prepared strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana (add banana just before serving).
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together plain Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Carefully fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit salad until all pieces are evenly coated but not mashed.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top for added crunch before serving.
