Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the washed and prepared strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana (add banana just before serving).
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together plain Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Carefully fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit salad until all pieces are evenly coated but not mashed.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top for added crunch before serving.
