- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon each: dried parsley, mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon each: dried oregano, dried basil
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound to about ½ inch thick.
- Season both sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; dredge in flour.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Deglaze the pan with white apple vinegar, scraping up browned bits; simmer until reduced by half.
- Add butter and minced garlic; cook for one minute before adding Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, and seasonings.
- For thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water; gradually add while stirring.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until melted.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over it, cover partially, and let simmer for five minutes before serving.
