  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For Topping: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional), 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll each crescent from the wide end toward the point and tuck in edges slightly to seal.
  5. Place rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
